Spam compliance
M-Vouch complies with the relevant Spam laws relating to electronic marketing
messages.
If you have received an M-Vouch offer, your details have been provided by:
- You creating an account directly with M-Vouch.
- You registering your details with the company who is providing the offer.
- Your opt-in to receive offers from third party suppliers who have a relationship
with M-Vouch or the advertiser who is providing the offer.
If you no longer wish to receive offers from M-Vouch, please refer to our opt-out
procedure.
Delivery
By default, M-Vouch members receive 1 M-Vouch per month.
Default messages are sent between 10am and 6pm AEST.
If you'd like to receive more, you can set your delivery preferences by logging
into your account and selecting "set delivery preferences".
Personal Information
M-Vouch will not divulge personal information about our members to any third party
without the member's express permission.
Only aggregated data is supplied to advertisers.
Opt-out
If you no longer wish to receive offers from M-Vouch, you can send an SMS with the keyword "STOP" to 199 VOUCH or log into your account to set your delivery preferences.
You can also use your account to opt-in to certain offer categories or to set your
delivery preferences.

Definitions
"Territory" means where there are M-Vouch offices and trading partners.
Data Protection
To the extent that that any data protection, privacy or similar laws ("Data
Protection Laws") apply to this Agreement, FonusBonus Pty Ltd agrees to be bound
by, and comply with, the provisions of such laws. Our privacy policy on the use
of such personal information is set out below under the heading "Privacy".
Moderation for Blogging, Chatting and Self-Publication
Content
All blogging, chatting and self-publication services will be monitored to ensure
compliance with the laws of the Territory at all times. FonusBonus Pty Ltd may filter
and remove inappropriate content as it requires.
Disclaimer
FonusBonus Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any offence caused by
the contents of the Site.
Intellectual property and restrictions on use of Content
The copyright of all information, text, material, graphics, software and
advertising on the M-Vouch Site ("Content") is owned by FonusBonus Pty Ltd, its
suppliers and/or licensors unless expressly indicated otherwise on the site. The
content is protected by local and international copyright and trade mark laws.
Content on the Site is published in real-time, and you must not modify, copy, reproduce,
republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute this Content
in any way except as expressly provided for on the Site or expressly authorized
in writing by FonusBonus Pty Ltd or its affiliates.
Strictly on the condition that you keep all Content intact and in the same form
as presented on the Site (including without limitation all copyright, trademark
and other proprietary notices), you may: using an industry-standard browser, download
and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not use the Site in any manner or for any purpose, which is unlawful or
in any manner which violates any right of FonusBonus Pty Ltd or an affiliate or
which is prohibited by the Terms and Conditions.
User license to FonusBonus Pty Ltd
By placing any information or other material on the M-Vouch Site (including
posting messages, uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form
of communication), you grant to FonusBonus Pty Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive,
irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to do the following in respect of the
information or material:
1. Use, copy, sublicense, redistribute, adapt, transmit, publish and/or broadcast,
publicly perform or display, and
2. Sublicense to any third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the
foregoing rights granted. The foregoing grant includes the right to exploit all
proprietary rights in any such information or other material, including but not
limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under
any jurisdiction worldwide.
You expressly waive in favour of FonusBonus Pty Ltd and any other party authorised
by FonusBonus Pty Ltd all moral rights and any similar rights in any jurisdiction,
which you may have or hereafter acquire in respect of any relevant communication
or other material.
At the request and expense of FonusBonus Pty Ltd, you will execute and deliver to
FonusBonus Pty Ltd such instruments and take such other actions as may be required
to carry out this grant of license and waiver.
Trademarks
M-Vouch is a registered trademark of FonusBonus Pty Ltd
Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales,
Australia and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of New South Wales.
