		FAQ I've recieved a message from M-Vouch. Now What? I've lost/deleted my M-Vouch message. Can I get another? What do I do if I change my mobile number? What do I do if I lose my phone? What's a Member Account? How do I stop receiving M-Vouch Offers? What's the MV-Store? I've received a message from M-Vouch. Now what? Depending on your handset, you'll have received the message as a "Service Message" or "Browser Message". Simply click on the link to view your offer. If you like the offer, save the voucher image (refer to your handset manual for instructions on how to save images), then go to the outlet where the offer is redeemable and show your voucher to store staff to claim. I've lost/deleted my message. Can I get another? You can view all your currently available offers by creating an M-Vouch Member Account. Once your account is verified, you'll be able to send another copy of your offer to your handset. What do I do if I change my mobile number? If you change your mobile number, please contact M-Vouch Customer Care. You will need to complete an Account Transfer form to transfer your account to your new number. What do I do if I lose my phone? If you have an M-Vouch Member Account, you can simply log in and disable your offers. When your phone is replaced, you can then use your Member Account to send your offers to your new phone. What is a Member Account? (Coming Soon) An M-Vouch Member Account allows you to customise your M-Vouch settings such and when offers are sent to you and how many are sent. Your Member Account also allows you to browse exclusive member only offers. How do I stop receiving M-Vouch offers? Simply send an SMS to the shorcode number in the message you received with the keyword "STOP" if you wish to stop receiving any M-Vouch offers. If you want to limit the number and type of offers sent, you can log into your Member account and change your delivery preferences. What's the MV-Store? (Coming Soon) In the MV-Store you can browse offers that suit you and select the ones you'd like to use. For example, if you need a Dry Cleaner, check out the MV-Store to see if any Dry Cleaners in your area have an offer, pick the offer you want and take it straight into the store.
