How It Works
1. Create an M-Vouch Archer Publisher Account
When you create your M-Vouch Archer Publisher Account, you'll be given 5 free Message
Credits.
You can then log in to the Archer system and create your first campaign.
2. Create A Campaign
Once you've logged in to Archer, click on the "Create Campaign" link to build a campaign.
- Step 1, give your campaign a title, description start and end dates.
- If you want to add an offer to your campaign, enter the offer details in Step 2.
- For Archer Basic users, enter the number of SMS you want to send in step 4. For
Premium and Enterprise users, complete the other steps as needed.
- Once your're done, click "Finish"
3. Create a Message Template
Next, you'll need to create a template for the messages you're sending.
Use the SMS, WAP or MMS wizards to create your message templates. You can even send
yourself a test to make sure your spelling and details are correct.
If you're happy with your test, Save the template and your campaign is ready to
go.
4. Import your Members
Now that your campaign is ready, you'll need to import the details
of your recipients or "Members".
You can import a list of Members from an Excel or CSV file, or import individual
members as needed.
5. Buy Message Credits
When you're ready to send your campaign, you'll need to buy message credits (each
SMS send requires 1 message credit).
6. Activate and Send your Campaign
Finally, go to View Campaigns and click the activate button next
to your campaign, this will verify that everything is ok with your campaign, and
to prevent unauthorised use, an activation code will be sent to your mobile.
Once the campaign is activated, click "Send Push Campaign", follow the prompts and
your messages will be queued for sending.
